The invention relates to a traction type fabricated bridge pier hoisting and positioning device. The problems that a fabricated bridge pier is difficult to hoist and position and low in hoisting precision are effectively solved. According to the technical scheme, the device comprises an upper mounting part, a lower mounting part and a guide connecting rod, the upper mounting part is fixedly mounted at the bottom of a pier, the lower mounting part is mounted on a bearing platform, the guide connecting rod connects the upper mounting part and the lower mounting part, and guiding is conducted in the downward lifting process of the pier; the lower mounting part comprises two second cylinders with upward openings, the guide connecting rod is composed of a straight rod and two spheres fixed at the two ends of the straight rod, the spheres extend into the cylinders, and the spheres are matched with the inner walls of the cylinders to achieve the effect similar to a spherical hinge so that the cylinders can swing in all directions. The first cylinder can slide towards the second cylinder along the guide connecting rod; in the process of lowering the bridge pier, pushing and locating of the bridge pier can be automatically achieved, the construction efficiency is improved, and locating is accurate.
本发明涉及一种牵拉式装配式桥墩吊装定位装置,有效的解决了装配式桥墩吊装定位困难、吊装精度低的问题;解决的技术方案包括上安装部、下安装部和导向连接杆,上安装部固定安装在桥墩底部,下安装部安装在承台上,导向连接杆将上安装部和下安装部连接,在桥墩下吊过程中进行导向,上安装部包括两个开口向下的第一圆筒,下安装部包括两个开口向上的第二圆筒,导向连接杆由一根直杆以及固定在直杆两端的两个圆球体组成,圆球体伸入圆筒中,圆球体与圆筒内壁配合类似于球铰的作用使其可以各向摆动,在桥墩下压过程中,第一圆筒会沿导向连接杆向第二圆筒滑动;本发明在桥墩下放过程中可自动实现桥墩的推移寻位,提高了施工效率,且定位精准。
