The invention discloses coal gangue-based geopolymer concrete and a prefabricated tire membrane thereof, and relates to the technical field of geotechnical engineering. The concrete is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by mass: 700 to 1200 parts of coarse coal gangue particles, 300 to 400 parts of fine coal gangue particles, 100 to 400 parts of fly ash, 15 to 18 parts of sodium hydroxide, 130 to 140 parts of water glass, 15 to 20 parts of zinc oxide, 0.01 to 0.02 part of sodium methylene bis-naphthalene sulfonate, 80 to 100 parts of polyacrylonitrile fiber, 1 to 1.2 parts of polyurethane epoxy resin and 180 to 250 parts of water. According to the method, the prefabricated tire membrane is prepared from the recycled concrete, recycling of the coal gangue is achieved, and the prepared concrete prefabricated tire membrane is excellent in performance and can meet the performance requirement of geotechnical engineering bearing platform pouring.
本发明公开了一种煤矸石基地聚物混凝土及其预制胎膜,涉及岩土工程技术领域。该混凝土包括以下质量份的原料组分:煤矸石粗颗粒700‑1200份、煤矸石细颗粒300‑400份、粉煤灰100‑400份、氢氧化钠15‑18份、水玻璃130‑140份、氧化锌15‑20份、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠0.01‑0.02份、聚丙烯腈纤维80‑100份、聚氨酯环氧树脂1‑1.2份、水180‑250份。本发明以再生混凝土制备预制胎膜,不仅实现了对煤矸石的再利用,且制备的混凝土预制胎膜性能优异,能够满足岩土工程承台浇筑的性能需求。
