The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt pavement materials for road engineering, in particular to high-dosage rubber modified asphalt based on activated rubber powder as well as a preparation method and application of the high-dosage rubber modified asphalt. The high-content rubber modified asphalt is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55 to 70 parts of matrix asphalt, 25 to 40 parts of rubber powder, 3.5 to 4.0 parts of peptizer, 1.1 to 1.8 parts of compatilizer and 0.2 to 0.4 part of stabilizer. The high-mixing-amount rubber modified asphalt has excellent high-temperature rutting resistance, fatigue resistance, storage stability and aging resistance while effectively increasing the mixing amount of the rubber powder, and can remarkably improve the low-temperature crack resistance of an asphalt mixture, reduce the driving noise of a pavement and prolong the service life of the pavement; and the pavement construction cost and the later maintenance cost investment are reduced.
本发明涉及道路工程用沥青路面材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于活化胶粉的高掺量橡胶改性沥青及其制备方法和应用。该高掺量橡胶改性沥青包括以下重量份数的原料:基质沥青55‑70份、橡胶粉25‑40份、塑解剂3.5‑4.0份、相容剂1.1‑1.8份和稳定剂0.2‑0.4份。该高掺量橡胶改性沥青在有效提升胶粉的掺量的同时,具备优良的高温抗车辙性能、抗疲劳性能、储存稳定性和抗老化能力,能显著提高沥青混合料的低温抗裂能力,降低路面的行车噪音,延长路面使用寿命,降低路面施工成本及后期养护费用投入。
