High-dosage rubber modified asphalt as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses large-dosage rubber modified asphalt as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of modified asphalt. Comprising the following steps: heating matrix asphalt to 140 DEG C, adding a proper amount of waste engine oil, manually and uniformly stirring, adding waste tire rubber powder accounting for 30-40% of the total mass of the rubber modified asphalt, manually and uniformly stirring, continuously shearing for 50-60 minutes by using a high-speed shearing machine at the speed of 3000 r/min at the temperature of 185-195 DEG C, continuously stirring for 220-240 minutes by using an electric stirrer at the speed of 1000 r/min after shearing is finished, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the rubber modified asphalt. The high-mixing-amount rubber modified asphalt can be prepared. A scanning electron microscope test is adopted to observe the prepared large-mixing-amount rubber modified asphalt, and it is found that the mixed waste tire rubber powder can be fully swelled. Experiments show that the prepared large-dosage rubber modified asphalt is excellent in performance and can be used for preparing a waste tire rubber powder rubber modified asphalt mixture for bridge deck pavement. The preparation method has the advantages of simple preparation process, low cost and no need of addition of additives.
一种大掺量橡胶改性沥青及其制备方法与应用,属于改性沥青技术领域。包括如下步骤:先将基质沥青加热到140℃,加入适量废机油,手动搅拌均匀后,加入橡胶改性沥青总质量30~40%的废胎橡胶粉,手动搅拌均匀,在185~195℃条件下,使用高速剪切机以3000 r/min的速率持续剪切50~60 min,剪切结束后使用电动搅拌器以1000 r/min的速率持续搅拌220~240 min,即可制得大掺量橡胶改性沥青。采用扫描电镜试验观察所制得的大掺量橡胶改性沥青,发现所掺入的废胎橡胶粉可以实现充分的溶胀。经试验测试,发现所制得的大掺量橡胶改性沥青性能优良,可用于制备桥面铺装用废胎胶粉橡胶改性沥青混合料。本发明具有制备工艺简单、成本低廉、无需添加外掺剂的优势。
