The invention discloses a photoelectric hybrid intelligent beach garbage cleaning vehicle. Comprising a frame, a sand digging system, a screening system, a transfer system, a packaging system, a walking system and a control system, wherein the sand digging system is used for digging garbage on a sand beach; the screening system is used for treating the garbage and screening gravels; the transfer system is used for transporting the screened garbage; the sand digging system is installed at the front end of the screening system, the screening system is installed at the front end of the frame, the transferring system is located behind the screening system and installed on the frame, and the frame is installed on the walking system. The sand digging system, the screening system, the transferring system, the packaging system and the walking system are all connected with the control system. The invention provides a photoelectric hybrid intelligent beach garbage cleaning vehicle which has two working modes and can clean a beach along a preset route at the same time.
