Positioning method for rear annular embedded part of equipment foundation
The invention provides an equipment foundation rear annular embedded part positioning method which comprises the steps that an annular positioning plate makes contact with sponge at the top of an anchoring steel bar so as to mark the position of the anchoring steel bar on the annular positioning plate; sponge stained with pigment is fixed to the positions, marked on the annular positioning plate, of the anchoring steel bars, the outer diameter and the inner diameter of the annular positioning plate coincide with the outer diameter and the inner diameter of the annular embedded part correspondingly, and the sponge on the annular positioning plate makes contact with the annular embedded part so that the positions, on the annular embedded part, of the anchoring steel bars can be marked; holes are formed in the positions, marked on the annular embedded part, of the anchoring steel bars; and plug-welding the perforated annular embedded part on the anchoring steel bar according to the elevation of the annular embedded part, and pouring concrete. The anchoring steel bars can be inserted according to the positions of the bottom plate steel bars on site, under the conditions that the anchoring steel bars of the annular embedded part are many and the bottom plate steel bars are dense, the anchoring steel bars of the annular embedded part and the bottom plate steel bars are prevented from conflicting with each other, the positioning precision of the annular embedded part is guaranteed, and the construction progress is optimized.
本发明提供一种设备基础后置环形埋件定位方法,包括将环形定位板与锚固钢筋顶部的海绵接触,以标记锚固钢筋在环形定位板上的位置;将锚固钢筋在环形定位板标记的位置上固定沾有颜料的海绵,将环形定位板的外径和内径分别与环形埋件的外径和内径重合,并使得环形定位板上的海绵与环形埋件接触,以标记锚固钢筋在环形埋件上的位置;将环形埋件上标记的锚固钢筋的位置开孔;将开孔后的环形埋件按照环形埋件的高程塞焊在锚固钢筋上,并浇注混凝土。本发明中可根据现场底板钢筋位置插设锚固钢筋,在环形埋件锚固钢筋多,且底板钢筋密集的情况下,避免环形埋件的锚固钢筋与底板钢筋互相冲突,保证了环形埋件定位的精度,优化了施工进度。
