Steel structure roof system installation method based on jig sliding technology
The invention discloses a steel structure roof system mounting method based on a jig frame sliding technology, which comprises the following steps of: assembling a jig frame on the ground, and checking a side wall upright post of a steel structure house and a crane beam system on the side wall; the jig frame is integrally jacked to the crane beam track elevation; mounting a walking device on the jig frame, and arranging the walking device on the crane beam track; testing sliding of the jig frame; assembling a roof truss and a roof purline on the jig frame; the roof truss is jacked to the staggered height with the side wall stand column bracket through a roof truss jacking device installed on the jig frame, and then the roof truss is slid to the designated position; the roof truss falls back to the designed elevation, and beam-column joint high-strength bolts are installed to fix side wall stand column brackets and roof truss beams; the jig frame is integrally and synchronously unloaded; and the jig frame returns to the assembling position to assemble the next group of roof trusses until all the roof trusses are completed. Compared with a traditional hoisting process, the method has the advantages that potential safety hazards are small, the service time of the tower crane is prolonged, and foundation construction of civil engineering equipment is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种基于胎架滑移技术的钢结构屋面系统安装方法,步骤:在地面上拼装胎架,检查钢结构房屋侧墙立柱及侧墙上的吊车梁系统;将胎架整体顶升至吊车梁轨道标高;在胎架上安装行走装置,并将行走装置布置在吊车梁轨道上;胎架试滑移;在胎架上拼装屋架及屋面檩条;利用胎架上安装的屋架顶升装置将屋架顶升至与侧墙立柱牛腿错开高度后,将其滑移至指定位置;将屋架回落至设计标高,安装梁柱节点高强螺栓将侧墙立柱牛腿与屋架梁固定;胎架整体同步卸载;胎架返回至拼装位置进行下一组屋架的拼装,直至屋架全部完成。本发明的方法,相比于传统的吊装工艺,安全隐患小,延长了塔吊的使用时间,方便土建设备基础施工。
