Cooling system and cooling method for concrete
The invention provides a cooling system and a cooling method for concrete. The cooling system comprises a cooling liquid tank, a cooling pipe and a radiator, wherein the cooling pipe is pre-buried in concrete, the liquid inlet end of the cooling pipe is communicated with the cooling liquid tank, and heat in the concrete is brought out through heat exchange between cooling liquid in the cooling pipe and the concrete; an inlet of the radiator is connected with the liquid outlet end of the cooling pipe, and the radiator is used for radiating and cooling the cooling liquid; and an outlet of the radiator is communicated with the cooling liquid tank and is used for discharging the cooling liquid cooled by the radiator into the cooling liquid tank. According to the cooling system and method for the concrete, the cooling pipe is pre-buried in the concrete, the center heat of the concrete is brought out by injecting the circulating cooling liquid, the center temperature of the concrete is reduced, and the concrete is cooled again after being cooled through the radiator and circulated into the cooling pipe.
