CONCRETE COOLING SYSTEM, AND CONCRETE COOLING METHOD
To provide a post-cooling technique capable of avoiding a complicated work of laying a cooling pipe in a narrow and complicated area in a formwork and eliminating the need to fill mortar in the cooling pipe for solving conventional problems, and to provide a formwork unit, a concrete cooling system, and a concrete cooling method for realizing this technique.SOLUTION: A concrete cooling system of the present invention is provided with a formwork unit and coolant generation means. The formwork unit has a concrete formwork and formwork cooling means. The formwork cooling means is a heat radiation fin installed in a back face of the concrete formwork. Then, as cooling gas generated by the coolant generation means is fed to the heat radiation fin, concrete which is driven into the concrete formwork is cooled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】本願発明の課題は、従来の問題を解決することであり、すなわち型枠内の狭隘かつ複雑な領域に冷却管を敷設するという煩雑な作業を回避するとともに、冷却管のモルタル充填を必要としないポストクーリング技術を提供することであり、これを実現する型枠ユニット、コンクリート冷却システム、及びコンクリート冷却方法を提供することである。【解決手段】本願発明のコンクリート冷却システムは、型枠ユニットと冷媒発生手段を備えたものである。このうち型枠ユニットは、コンクリート型枠と型枠冷却手段を有するもので、型枠冷却手段は、コンクリート型枠の背面に設置される放熱フィンである。そして、冷媒発生手段が発生させた冷却気体を放熱フィンに対して送り出すことで、コンクリート型枠内に打込まれたコンクリートが冷却される。【選択図】図７
