Preparation method of recycled aggregate and recycled concrete bearing building block
The invention discloses a preparation method of recycled aggregate and recycled concrete bearing building blocks. The recycled coarse aggregate is adopted to completely replace natural coarse aggregate, fly ash is adopted to replace part of cement, and the mixture comprises the recycled coarse aggregate, the natural fine aggregate, the cement, the fly ash and water according to the ratio of 1172: 578: 400: 100: 150. The construction waste is firstly sorted, crushed, processed and screened to form the recycled aggregate, the aggregate and the cementing material are fully stirred for one minute by using a concrete mixer, then the weighed water is added twice, stirring is performed for two minutes after each time of adding, and the total stirring time is five minutes. And finally, loading the uniformly stirred mixture into a block forming machine, pressurizing and vibrating to prepare the single-row-hole recycled concrete bearing block, standing for 24 hours, and curing in a standard curing room for 28 days. Experiments prove that the compressive strength of the recycled concrete load-bearing building block meets MU10 and meets the requirements of GB/T 8239-2014 standards, and the recycled concrete load-bearing building block can be used for a structural load-bearing part.
本发明公开了再生骨料及再生混凝土承重砌块制备方法。采用再生粗骨料100%代替天然粗骨料,粉煤灰替代部分水泥制作而成,混合料组成成分包括:再生粗骨料:天然细骨料:水泥:粉煤灰:水=1172:578:400:100:150。首先将建筑垃圾通过分拣、破碎、加工、筛分形成再生骨料,利用混凝土搅拌机先将骨料与胶凝材料充分搅拌一分钟,然后将称量好的水分两次加入,每次加入后搅拌两分钟,总共搅拌时长为五分钟。最后将搅拌均匀的混合料装入砌块成型机加压振动制成单排孔再生混凝土承重砌块,静置24h后放入标准养护室养护28天。经试验测试证明该再生混凝土承重砌块抗压强度满足MU10,符合GB/T 8239‑2014标准的要求,可用于结构承重部分。
