The invention discloses recycled aggregate concrete for prefabricated buildings and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of concrete.The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps that 1, 379-432 parts by weight of a gel material, 1735 parts by weight of an aggregate composition, 7.2-8.21 parts by weight of an additive and 221-238 parts by weight of water are taken; 2, sequentially introducing water and an additive into the spherical stirring body, and stirring; step 3, respectively introducing the gel material and part of the aggregate composition into corresponding mixing grinders for grinding; 4, after the gel materials are introduced, parameters of the mixing grinders are adjusted, the remaining aggregate compositions are introduced into the corresponding mixing grinders, and the proportion of the aggregate compositions in the two mixing grinders is 1: (1-1.2); and step 5, after the aggregate composition in the two mixing grinders is introduced, controlling the spherical stirring body to operate and stir, so as to obtain the uniformly stirred concrete material. The device has the effects of reducing the difficulty of uniform mixing and stirring and remarkably improving the preparation operation efficiency.
本发明公开了一种装配式建筑用再生骨料混凝土及其制备方法,涉及混凝土技术领域,其技术方案要点包括如下步骤:步骤1、按重量份取379‑432份的凝胶材料、1735份的骨料组合物、7.2‑8.21份的外加剂以及221‑238份的水;步骤2、将水和外加剂依次导入圆球状搅拌体内搅拌;步骤3、将凝胶材料和部分骨料组合物分别导入相应的混合研磨器内研磨;步骤4、待凝胶材料导入完毕后,调整混合研磨器的参数并将剩余部分的骨料组合物导入相应的混合研磨器内,且两个混合研磨器内的骨料组合物的比例为1:1‑1.2;步骤5、待两个混合研磨器内的骨料组合物导入完毕后,控制圆球状搅拌体运行搅拌,获得搅拌均匀的混凝土料。本发明具有降低混合搅拌均匀的难度并显著提升制备作业效率的效果。
