The invention provides a construction method of a colored ceramic particle pavement. The construction method comprises the following steps: S1, sweeping and washing a bottom layer of the pavement; s2, measuring and lofting: measuring and setting the center line, the side line and the elevation of the road; s3, erecting a frame or a template; s4, primer is sprayed or roller-coated on the basis of the bottom layer in the S1; s5, combining the raw materials, and uniformly stirring by using a stirrer to form a mixture; transporting the mixture to a laying site; s6, the mixture in the step S5 is spread, leveling and compacting are conducted through a trowelling machine after spreading is completed, meanwhile, an expansion joint is reserved, and a construction joint is arranged; s7, setting a maintenance facility for maintenance, and waiting for curing of the pavement; s8, performing construction joint and expansion joint construction on the pavement, and performing joint cutting and joint filling; and S9, a surface reinforcing agent is sprayed on the basis of S8, and construction is completed after the coating is completely dried. The construction pavement disclosed by the invention can be used for a long time, can better solve the problem of urban water permeation, has an attractive effect, is low in construction cost and high in efficiency, and meets the requirement of green construction.
本发明提供一种彩色陶瓷颗粒路面施工方法，包括以下步骤：S1、路面底层清扫、冲洗；S2、测量、放样，测设好道路的中线、边线和标高；S3、支设边框或模板；S4、在S1底层的基础上喷涂或滚涂底漆；S5、组合原材料并使用搅拌机搅拌均匀，形成拌合料；运输拌合料至铺设现场；S6、将S5中拌合料进行摊铺，摊铺完成后利用抹平机进行整平、压实，同时预留伸缩缝，设置施工缝；S7、设置维护设施养护，等待路面固化；S8、对路面进行施工缝、伸缩缝施工，进行切缝、填缝；S9、在S8基础上喷涂表面强固剂，待到涂层完全干透后施工完成。本发明的施工路面能持久使用，能更好地解决城市透水问题，同时兼具美观效果，施工成本低，效率高，满足绿色施工的要求。
