In order to solve the problem that an existing pavement joint cutting device is not beneficial to environmental protection, the environment-friendly pavement joint cutting device comprises a knife rest, a blade rotationally connected to the knife rest, a cutting driving mechanism, a vehicle frame and a sound insulation and dust falling assembly, and the knife rest is slidably connected to the vehicle frame in the vertical direction; the sound insulation and dust fall assembly comprises an annular water tank, a water distribution ring and a surrounding plate which are fixedly connected to the vehicle frame, the annular water tank, the water distribution ring and the surrounding plate are arranged around the blade, and the vehicle frame comprises a mounting base which is located within the surrounding range of the annular water tank; an annular cavity coaxial with the water distribution ring is formed in the water distribution ring and communicated with the annular water tank, a plurality of water curtain holes communicated with the annular cavity are formed in the bottom wall of the water distribution ring, and water in the annular water tank is distributed through the water curtain holes in the water distribution ring to form a water curtain surrounding the sound insulation and dust falling space between the water distribution ring and the ground. The surrounding plate surrounds the water curtain and shields a gap between the water distribution ring and the ground, and environmental protection is facilitated.
本发明的目的是针对现有的路面切缝装置不利于环保的问题，提供一种环保型路面切缝装置，包括刀架、转动连接在刀架上的刀片、及、切割驱动机构、车架和隔音降尘组件，刀架沿竖直方向滑动连接在车架上；隔音降尘组件包括固接在车架上的环形水箱、分水环、围板，环形水箱、分水环和围板环绕刀片设置，车架包括安装座，安装座位于环形水箱的环绕范围内；分水环内设置与其同轴的环形空腔，空腔与环形水箱连通，分水环的底壁上开设多个连通环形空腔的水帘孔，环形水箱内的水经分水环上水帘孔分流在分水环与地面之间形成环绕隔音降尘空间的水帘，围板环绕在水帘外且遮挡分水环与地面之间的缝隙，有助于环保。
