The invention discloses a bridge pavement joint cutting device, which belongs to the technical field of bridge construction, and comprises a bottom plate, a rack fixedly arranged on the bottom plate, a cutter protection shell connected with the rack, and a cutter assembly connected with the cutter protection shell; the cutter assembly comprises a transmission cutter shaft rotationally matched with the cutter protection shell, a rotation driving device for driving the transmission cutter shaft to rotate, two outer cutter heads and an inner cutter head, the two outer cutter heads and the inner cutter head are in transmission fit with the transmission cutter shaft, the rotation driving device is fixedly connected with the cutter protection shell, and the two outer cutter heads and the inner cutter head are both arranged in the cutter protection shell; blades on the outer cutterheads extend towards the side where the inner cutterheads are located, the two sets of outer cutterheads are arranged in a spaced mode so that the outer cutterheads and the blades on the outer cutterheads can be combined to form an annular containing cavity, the inner cutterheads are located in the containing cavity, the outer diameter of the inner cutterheads is smaller than that of the outer cutterheads, and soil discharging assemblies are annularly and evenly distributed on the outer sides of the inner cutterheads. By the adoption of the device, the problem that a cutter is stuck when a cushion layer of a bridge pavement is subjected to joint cutting can be avoided.
