The invention discloses an anti-seepage pressure-reducing structure for a concrete lining of a deeply-buried pressure hydraulic tunnel, which relates to the technical field of water conservancy and hydropower engineering and comprises a pressure hydraulic tunnel consolidation grouting layer and a concrete lining layer which are concentrically arranged. The concrete lining layer is stacked on the inner wall of the hydraulic tunnel consolidation grouting layer, a steel bar lining frame is arranged in the hydraulic tunnel consolidation grouting layer, and a plurality of anti-seepage pressure reducers are evenly arranged in the concrete lining layer along the circumference. The front-back distance of the movable limiting plate can be adjusted through the adjusting assembly, the reset spring is arranged between the movable limiting plate and the cross-shaped mounting frame, then the initial length and the pre-tightening force of the reset spring can be adjusted, different water stop seepage prevention and drainage pressure reduction requirements can be met, the structural design is ingenious, and use is more flexible; and in the adjusting process, the scraper can also clean soil accumulated on the outer filter plate, so that the outer filter plate is prevented from being blocked, and the drainage efficiency is improved.
