The assembled integral type underground diaphragm wall comprises prefabricated concrete walls and cast-in-place concrete walls which are sequentially and alternately arranged, the prefabricated concrete walls and the cast-in-place concrete walls are connected into a whole, and the width W of the prefabricated concrete walls is larger than the thickness T of the prefabricated concrete walls.
