Gravity type sinking head negative pressure water pumping and draining construction method
The invention discloses a gravity type sinking head negative pressure water pumping and draining construction method which comprises the following steps that a gravity type sinking head is manufactured, the gravity type sinking head comprises a balancing weight, the lower portion of a water guide pipe is fixed in a through hole in the middle of the balancing weight, and a water filter screen located in the through hole is attached to the bottom of the water guide pipe; one end of a first drainage rubber pipe is inserted into and tightly connected with the upper part of the water guide pipe; the other end of the first drainage rubber pipe is connected with a water inlet of a negative pressure gun; one end of a second drainage rubber pipe is connected with the air inlet of the negative pressure gun, and the other end is connected with the air outlet of the air pump; the gravity type sinking head sinks into the steel frame column component to be pumped or the foundation reinforcement cage; an air pump is started to pump water. The method solves the problem that accumulated water on a narrow component or a working face cannot be drained through a conventional water pump.
本发明公开了重力式沉水头负压抽排水施工方法,包括以下步骤:制作重力式沉水头,所述的重力式沉水头包括配重块,一根导水管的下部固定在配重块中间的通孔内,在所述的导水管的底部贴合有位于通孔内的滤水网;将第一排水胶管的一端插套在导水管的上部并紧密连接;将第一排水胶管的另一端与负压枪的进水口相连;将第二排水胶管的一端与负压枪的进气口相连并且另一端与气泵的出气口相连;将重力式沉水头沉入到待抽水的钢框柱构件内或基础钢筋笼内;开动气泵抽水。采用本方法解决了狭窄构件或作业面处积水无法用常规水泵排除的难题。
