The invention relates to a pipeline waterproof valve well structure which comprises a valve well body, a water-resisting layer wraps the valve well body, a drainage structure is arranged on the outer side wall of the valve well body, and the drainage structure is connected with a drainage structure. The drainage structure penetrates through the water-resisting layer to drain underground water in the drainage structure out of the water-resisting layer, and a flexible sealing layer is arranged at the pipeline penetrating hole of the valve well body. The thermal deformation and waterproof effects of the pipeline are considered, and under the condition that thermal deformation of the pipeline is not affected, the good waterproof effect is achieved through the arrangement of the three waterproof structures including the water-resisting layer, the drainage structure, the drainage structure and the flexible sealing layer.
