Bottom die disassembly-free steel bar truss floor support plate and manufacturing method
The bottom die disassembly-free steel bar truss floor support plate comprises a bottom die and a steel bar truss, a reinforcing beam is arranged on the surface of the bottom die, a groove is formed in the surface of the reinforcing beam, and the groove is matched with the steel bar truss; the bottom die comprises a galvanized plate, a connecting plate and a decorative plate, the reinforcing beam is fixed on the surface of the galvanized plate, and the connecting plate is arranged on the other surface of the galvanized plate; the connecting plate comprises a cement filling layer, connecting rods and a reinforcing mesh, the connecting rods are fixed to the surface of the reinforcing mesh, and the connecting rods are fixedly connected with the galvanized plate; a cement filling layer is filled between the reinforcing mesh and the galvanized plate; and a decorative plate is arranged on the other side of the connecting plate. One face of the bottom die is welded to the steel bar truss, the other face of the bottom die is welded to the steel bar net, cement is poured, it is guaranteed that the strength of the bottom die is higher, and meanwhile decoration is facilitated; and meanwhile, the bottom die and the truss are not connected through a connecting piece, the integrity of the bottom die is not damaged, and liquid leakage is avoided when the floor support plate is used for pouring concrete.
底模免拆式钢筋桁架楼承板及制作方法,包括底模和钢筋桁架,底模的表面设有加强梁,且加强梁的表面开设凹槽,凹槽配合钢筋桁架;底模包括镀锌板、连接板和装饰板,加强梁固定于镀锌板的表面,且镀锌板的另一面设有连接板;连接板包括水泥填充层、连接杆和钢筋网,钢筋网的表面固定有连接杆,且连接杆的与镀锌板固定连接;钢筋网与镀锌板之间填充水泥填充层,连接板的另一面设有装饰板。本发明的底模一面与钢筋桁架焊接,底模的另一面焊接有钢筋网,并浇灌水泥,确保底模强度更高,同时便于进行装饰;同时底模与桁架之间不通过连接件连接,不破坏底模的整体性,在楼承板进行使用灌混凝土时,不出现漏液。
