Embodiments of the invention relate to a disassembly-free bottom mold truss floor support plate and a manufacturing method. The disassembly-free bottom mold truss floor support plate comprises a bottom mold, multiple connecting pieces and multiple trusses; the bottom mold comprises a bottom plate and a plurality of plate ribs extending upwards from the bottom plate in the length direction of the bottom plate; a preset rib interval is formed between every two adjacent plate ribs; each connecting piece is flatly laid on the corresponding plate rib in the direction perpendicular to the length of the bottom plate; each connecting piece is fixedly connected with the corresponding plate rib; each truss is arranged above the bottom plate in the length direction of the bottom plate; and each truss is fixed to the bottom mold through the corresponding connecting piece. According to the scheme in the embodiment of the invention, no welding spot exists on the surface of the bottom mold, the slurry leakage phenomenon is avoided, and plastering can be directly carried out without dismantling the bottom mold. Manual steel bar binding on a construction site is not needed, so that the construction time and the labor cost are saved.
