The invention discloses an aluminum ion solubilizing stabilizer which is used for an alkali-free accelerator and comprises the following components in parts by mass: 2-5 parts of triethanolamine, 2-5 parts of diethanol amine, 2-5 parts of NaF, 14-25 parts of macromolecular organic ammonium salt and 60-80 parts of water.The aluminum ion solubilizing stabilizer provided by the invention has the advantages that the content of soluble aluminum ions in the accelerator is remarkably increased; the solubilizing stabilizer effectively improves the rapid hardening effect, and the 1d compressive strength of the prepared concrete can reach up to 10.4 MPa, so that the engineering application is met, and the service life of the solubilizing stabilizer is prolonged.
