The invention discloses a novel dry-process production process for replacing limestone with cement clinker and carbide slag, raw materials comprise 73-81% of limestone, 5-8% of carbide slag, 10-12% of clay and 2-4% of copper slag, and the production process comprises the following steps: S1, crushing and pre-homogenizing the raw materials: separately crushing the limestone, the carbide slag, the clay and the copper slag, and pre-homogenizing the limestone, the carbide slag, the clay and the copper slag in a storage yard; s2, raw material preparation: mixing the crushed and pre-homogenized limestone, carbide slag, clay and copper slag; s3, raw material homogenization: homogenizing the prepared raw material; s4, preheating and decomposing: preheating the raw material by adopting a preheater; and S5, clinker firing: the raw material passing through the preheater enters a rotary kiln for clinker firing. The carbide slag is used for replacing part of limestone to prepare the cement, so that the carbide slag is effectively utilized, the treatment difficulty of the carbide slag and the pollution to the environment are reduced, the performance of the cement is improved, and important actual benefits are achieved.
本发明公开了一种新型干法水泥熟料电石渣代替石灰石生产工艺,生料配比比例为:石灰石73‑81%、电石渣5‑8%、粘土10‑12%、铜渣2‑4%,生产工艺步骤如下:S1:生料破碎及预均化:将石灰石、电石渣、粘土和铜渣分别进行破碎,并进行堆场预均化;S2:生料制备:将破碎及预均化后的石灰石、电石渣、粘土和铜渣进行混合;S3:生料均化:将制备后生料进行均化;S4:预热分解:采用预热器对生料进行预热;S5:熟料烧成:经过预热器的生料进入回转窑进行熟料烧成。本发明采用电石渣代替部分石灰石进行水泥制备,不仅对电石渣进行有效利用,减少了电石渣的处理难度和对环境的污染,还改善了水泥的性能,具有重要的实际效益。
