The invention discloses a preparation method of surface modified flocculent basalt fiber for improving asphalt adhesion performance. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dropwise adding a silane coupling agent into distilled water and stirring for 1 hour; after the silane coupling agent is hydrolyzed, putting the dried flocculent basalt fiber without an impregnating compound on the surface into the hydrolyzed silane coupling agent solution, uniformly stirring, infiltrating for not more than 30 minutes, taking out, and filtering; the filtered flocculent basalt fiber is dried at the temperature of 105 DEG C, and then the modified flocculent basalt fiber is obtained; and mixing the modified flocculent basalt fiber with asphalt which is heated to 175 +/-5 DEG C and is in a flowing state in a mixing amount range of 2%-10% in mass ratio, so as to prepare a uniform fiber asphalt mixture. According to the invention, the defect of insufficient adhesion between asphalt and the existing basalt fiber admixture is overcome, the adhesion work and the drawing resistance between the fiber and asphalt are increased, the service life of the asphalt pavement is greatly prolonged, and the deformation resistance of the asphalt pavement is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种提升沥青粘附性能的表面改性絮状玄武岩纤维制备方法,通过向蒸馏水中滴入硅烷偶联剂并搅拌1h;待硅烷偶联剂水解后,将干燥后的、表面无浸润剂的絮状玄武岩纤维置于水解后的硅烷偶联剂溶液中,搅拌均匀并浸润不超过30分钟后取出过滤;将过滤后的絮状玄武岩纤维在105℃的条件下干燥后得到改性絮状玄武岩纤维;将改性絮状玄武岩纤维在质量比2%‑10%的掺量范围内与加热至175±5℃的流动状态下的沥青混合,制成均匀的纤维沥青混合物。本发明克服了沥青与现有玄武岩纤维外掺剂粘附力不足的缺陷,增加了纤维与沥青间的粘附功和抗拉拔力,极大的提升沥青路面寿命以及抗变形能力。
