The invention discloses a method for preparing a high-purity carbon-carbon composite material by utilizing waste carbon-carbon photovoltaic thermal field materials, which comprises the following steps: by taking the waste carbon-carbon photovoltaic thermal field materials as raw materials, firstly purifying elements at high temperature, distinguishing the crushed materials by utilizing carbon deposition, and mixing short fibers with a certain length-diameter ratio with the waste carbon-carbon photovoltaic thermal field materials to obtain the high-purity carbon-carbon composite material. Whiskers with different lengths are grown through deposition, so that the length-diameter ratio of the whiskers is increased to realize fibration, the whiskers can be used as reinforcements of subsequent products, and the production cost can be effectively reduced; short fibers with different lengths are mixed, so that the structural strength of the product can be improved, and crack propagation is hindered. And the solid asphalt powder is adopted, so that the problem of non-uniform mixing and dispersion of the liquid resin, the short fibers and the carbon-carbon powder can be effectively avoided. And finally, performing high-temperature purification and carbon deposition again to prepare the high-purity carbon-carbon composite material. The prepared high-purity carbon-carbon composite material is low in cost and high in purity, and can be well applied to P-type and N-type single crystal furnace thermal fields and semiconductor thermal fields with high ash content requirements.
