Method for preparing high-density and high-strength carbon material based on waste carbon-carbon composite material
The invention discloses a method for preparing a high-density and high-strength carbon material based on a waste carbon-carbon composite material, which comprises the following steps: 1) taking the waste carbon-carbon composite material as a raw material, and mechanically crushing; (2) carrying out high-energy ball milling on the crushed carbon-carbon waste to obtain a fine material of carbon fiber and pyrolytic carbon interface dissociation; 3) coating the waste carbon fine material with a phenolic resin alcohol solution; and 4) fully mixing the mesocarbon microbeads with the resin-coated carbon-carbon waste, and performing cold compression molding and carbonization treatment to obtain the high-density and high-strength carbon material. According to the invention, the problem of tight interface combination of the carbon fiber and the pyrolytic carbon is solved, and nearly 100% recovery of the waste carbon-carbon composite material is realized. The prepared carbon material has the advantages of high density, high strength, low production cost, short preparation period and low requirements on process operation and equipment.
