Method for recovering iron and zinc by using copper smelting slag and preparing refractory raw material
The invention discloses a method for recovering iron and zinc and preparing a refractory raw material by using copper smelting slag, which comprises the following steps: S1, grinding the copper smelting slag, uniformly mixing with an additive and a reducing agent, and preheating to obtain a preheated product; s2, continuously raising the temperature of the preheated product to a molten state, separating an infusible substance from a molten mass, and respectively cooling the infusible substance and the molten mass to room temperature to respectively obtain pig iron and a refractory raw material; and meanwhile, gas components are collected in the heating and cooling process, and zinc recovery is achieved after cooling and dust removal. The method effectively reduces energy consumption and recovers iron and zinc while realizing large-scale consumption of the copper smelting slag, and is simple in process and suitable for expanded application. According to the method, rapid replacement of iron in the iron-silicon bound minerals is achieved, meanwhile, the roasting slag with forsterite as the main component is generated, and the roasting slag belongs to a refractory raw material and has remarkable economic value.
本发明公开了一种利用铜冶炼渣回收铁、锌并制备耐火原料的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:S1、将铜冶炼渣磨碎后与添加剂、还原剂混合均匀,先进行预热得到预加热产物;S2、将预加热产物继续提升温度至熔融状态,将不熔物与熔融体分离,再分别将两者冷却至室温可分别得到生铁及耐火原料;同时在升降温过程中收集气体成分,经过冷却除尘后实现锌回收。本发明在实现铜冶炼渣大规模消纳的同时有效降低能耗回收铁、锌,工艺简单,适于扩大化应用。本发明实现铁硅结合矿物中铁的快速置换,同时生成主要成分为镁橄榄石的焙烧渣,属于耐火原材料,具有显著的经济价值。
