The invention provides an ultra-deep dynamic water area revetment sinking paving plate floating transportation and installation method, which comprises the following steps that a floating device is arranged on a paving plate and is used for supporting the paving plate and floating the paving plate on the water surface; the paving plate is hoisted to the placing position, the placing position is arranged in the length direction of the shore, and the length direction of the placing position corresponds to the water flow direction; a paving ship is driven into a water area corresponding to the placement position and parked, the paving ship is located outside the water entry position of the paving plate, and the paving ship is provided with an installation position; the paving plate is hoisted to the water entering position in the river, the paving plate floats on the water surface, and the paving plate is dragged to the installation position through a dragging device; hoisting the paving plate at the mounting position by a hoisting device on the paving ship, and mounting the paving plate on the paving ship; and dismounting and recovering the floating barrel.
