The invention belongs to the technical field of underwater operation construction, and provides an underwater concrete scouring pit repairing construction method and device.The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a water retaining piece is arranged at the upstream corresponding position of a scouring pit to be repaired; s2, filling the scouring pit to be repaired with an underlying medium; s3, a formwork is arranged on the scouring pit to be repaired, and a pouring hole and a plurality of drainage holes are reserved in the formwork; s4, concrete is poured into the to-be-repaired scouring pit through the pouring holes in the formwork till the to-be-repaired scouring pit is filled with the concrete; and S5, after the concrete in the to-be-repaired scouring pit is cured to reach the standard, the formwork and the water retaining piece are detached, and repairing construction is completed. According to the construction method, a cofferdam does not need to be built, construction can be completed by providing a still water operation environment for construction through the water retaining piece, the construction procedure is reduced, the manufacturing cost is saved, the construction period is short, and underwater repair of the scour pit can be rapidly completed.
