The invention discloses an underwater concrete crack repairing method. The method comprises the following steps that a horizontal reinforcing drill hole is drilled below the position where a concrete dam slope surface crack is located; grouting is conducted in the horizontal reinforcing drill hole, and a vertical reinforcing drill hole is drilled in the vertical line direction above the position where the concrete dam slope surface crack is located; grouting is conducted on the interior of the vertical reinforcing drill hole; and after reinforcement is completed, grooves are cut along the surfaces of the cracks, the cracks are grouted, and water swelling rubber is put into the grooves along the surfaces of the cracks for blocking. The method not only can repair the interior of the crack, but also can reinforce the concrete structure around the crack, and can be matched with an underwater robot, and after the judgment basis in the repair method is input into the robot, automatic underwater crack judgment and repair are achieved.
本发明公开了一种水下混凝土裂缝修复方法,包括以下步骤:在混凝土坝斜坡表面裂缝所在处的下方钻水平加固钻孔;对所述水平加固钻孔内进行灌浆在混凝土坝斜坡表面裂缝所在处的上方沿垂线方向钻竖直加固钻孔;对所述竖直加固钻孔孔内进行灌浆;加固完成后,沿裂缝表面割槽,对裂缝进行灌浆,并在沿裂缝表面的槽内放入遇水膨胀橡胶封堵。本发明不仅对裂缝内部进行修补,且对裂缝周边混凝土结构并进行加固处理,并且可配合水下机器人,将本发明修复方法中的判别依据输入机器人后,实现自动化水下裂缝判别及修复。
