The invention discloses a construction method of an underpass channel under an expressway, which comprises the following steps of: adopting foundation pit support piles on a medial strip of the expressway, then adopting high-pressure jet grouting piles to reinforce soil bodies among the piles to form a waterproof curtain, then constructing by using pre-stressed anchor cables, and using a pass-keeping expressway road width as an anchor cable construction soil body to reinforce a foundation pit support structure. High-speed half-range construction, half-range communication keeping and deep foundation pit operation are achieved, high cost for increasing the occupied area of a temporary communication keeping channel due to road changing is avoided, land acquisition and reclamation cost is effectively reduced, and the construction period is guaranteed. According to the construction method, the problems of high cost and long construction period due to the fact that a traffic-keeping channel needs to be built in a traditional construction process of an underpass channel of an underpass expressway are solved.
本发明公开了一种高速公路下的下穿通道的施工方法,在高速公路中央分隔带采用基坑支护桩,再采用高压旋喷桩进行桩间土体加固,形成止水帷幕,其次,用预应力锚索施工,将保通高速路幅作为锚索施工土体,加强基坑支护结构,既实现了高速半幅施工、半幅保通,实现深基坑作业,避免因改路增加临时保通通道占地等高额费用,有效降低征地及复垦费用,保证施工工期。本发明解决了下穿高速公路的下穿通道的传统施工工艺需要修筑保通通道,不仅成本高且工期长的问题。
