The invention discloses a remote control submersible dredger device and an operation method thereof.The remote control submersible dredger device comprises a submersible dredger body, a rotatable dredger, an infrared probe and a controller, the rotatable dredger comprises a rotary swing arm and a dredger body, and the dredger body is connected with the submersible dredger body through a suction hose; one end of the rotary swing arm is connected with the submersible dredger main body, the other end of the rotary swing arm is connected with the sludge suction device, an infrared probe is arranged on the sludge suction device, the position of sludge is recognized through the infrared probe, and the controller is used for receiving signals of the infrared probe and controlling operation of the rotary swing arm and the sludge suction device. By remotely controlling the operation of the submersible dredging vehicle, the sludge is intelligently positioned, and the power of the sludge suction pump and the position of the sludge suction device are adjusted, so that the high-concentration sludge is recycled, and the energy is saved; and the recycled sludge is accumulated at a fixed position through the discharge hose, so that the labor cost is saved.
