The invention provides a bolt-anchor-U-shaped steel plate connected precast concrete beam in-span splicing structure and method, and belongs to the field of building beam splicing structures. The problems that the construction difficulty at the splicing joint of the prefabricated concrete member is large, the construction cost is high, the earthquake damage at the joint is serious, and construction cannot be conducted in winter due to severe cold weather are solved. The connecting structure comprises two prefabricated concrete beams, a U-shaped steel plate, a plurality of tension area anchor bolts used for splicing and a plurality of web penetrating bolts used for splicing, wherein the U-shaped steel plate is formed by splicing two web steel plates and a tension steel plate. The concrete short beams on the two sides are prefabricated and assembled in the midspan through the U-shaped steel plates and the high-strength bolts, the webs of the concrete beams and the plane of the tensile area are covered with the U-shaped steel plates, the longitudinal tensile steel bars are discontinuous in the midspan, and the steel plates serve as the tensile steel bars; the steel plate and the concrete are bonded through double-component epoxy resin glue so as to be connected into a whole.
本发明提供了一种栓‑锚‑U形钢板连接的预制混凝土梁跨内拼接结构和方法,属于建筑梁拼接结构领域。解决了往预制混凝土构件拼接节点处施工难度较大、施工成本较高以及节点处地震损伤较为严重及因天气严寒导致冬季无法施工的问题。它包括两个预制混凝土梁、U形钢板、若干用于拼接的受拉区锚栓和若干用于拼接的腹板穿心螺栓,所述U形钢板由两块腹板钢板和一块受拉钢板拼接而成。本发明采用U形钢板和高强螺栓在跨中对两侧混凝土短梁进行预制拼装,用U形钢板覆盖住混凝土梁的腹板和受拉区平面,并且纵向受拉钢筋在跨中不连续,利用钢板充当受拉筋的作用,钢板与混凝土之间采用双组分的环氧树脂胶进行粘接从而连接形成整体。
