Assembled U-shaped steel-concrete composite beam
The invention relates to an assembled U-shaped steel-concrete composite beam. U-shaped steel of the assembled U-shaped steel-concrete composite beam is formed by installing and welding a plurality of U-shaped steel standard units (1) and a bottom steel plate (2); wherein each U-shaped steel standard unit (1) is formed by assembling and welding two inequilateral hot-rolled angle steels (3) and an S-shaped steel bar (4); and concrete is poured into the U-shaped steel to form the assembled U-shaped steel-concrete composite beam. The U-shaped steel has the following advantages: 1) U-shaped steel with various section sizes is formed by adopting a normalized and unitized processing mode, so that single-specification multi-combination is realized, and the assembly degree and the processing efficiency of the U-shaped steel are greatly improved; (2) the thickness of a U-shaped steel web is greatly reduced by adopting a processing mode of forming the U-shaped steel through unitized assembly welding, so that the steel consumption is reduced, and the economic benefit is improved, and (3) the interaction between the U-shaped steel and the internal concrete is increased by the S-shaped steel bars, and the integrity and the rigidity of the U-shaped steel-concrete composite beam are greatly improved.
本发明涉及一种装配化U形钢‑混凝土组合梁,本装配化U形钢‑混凝土组合梁的U形钢由多个U形钢标准单元(1)和底部钢板(2)组焊而成;其中U形钢标准单元(1)由两个不等边热轧角钢(3)和S形钢筋(4)组焊而成;往U形钢内浇筑混凝土形成装配化U形钢‑混凝土组合梁。本发明具有以下优点:1)采用规格化和单元化的加工方式形成各种截面尺寸的U形钢,实现单规格多组合,大大提高U形钢的装配化程度和加工效率;2)采用单元化组焊形成U形钢的加工方式,大大降低了U形钢腹板厚度,从而减少钢材用量,提高经济效益;3)S形钢筋增大了U形钢与内部混凝土间的相互作用,极大提高了U形钢‑混凝土组合梁的整体性和刚度。
