Prefabricated column and steel beam connecting structure
The prefabricated column and steel beam connecting structure comprises a prefabricated column and a steel beam, the steel beam comprises an upper wing plate, a lower wing plate and a web plate, and the upper wing plate and the lower wing plate are connected through the web plate; a pre-embedded steel plate is arranged at the top of the prefabricated column, one part of the pre-embedded steel plate is located in the prefabricated column, and the other part protrudes out of the top surface of the prefabricated column; the end of the lower wing plate is placed on the top face of the prefabricated column, a web of the steel beam is connected with the pre-embedded steel plate through a connecting steel plate, and the connecting steel plate is connected with the web and the pre-embedded steel plate through bolts at the same time. A cast-in-place part is arranged above the prefabricated column, and the connecting steel plate and the embedded steel plate are both embedded in the cast-in-place part. The fabricated connecting structure is mainly applied to concrete high-rise and multi-layer full fabricated frame structures, and the connecting structure can meet the requirements of simple and convenient construction, good quality control, quick assembly and construction period shortening of a full fabricated building.
本发明公开了一种预制柱和钢梁连接结构,包括预制柱和钢梁,钢梁包括上翼板、下翼板和腹板,上翼板和下翼板通过腹板进行连接;预制柱的顶部设置有预埋钢板,预埋钢板的一部分位于预制柱内部,一部分凸出于预制柱的顶面;下翼板的端部搁置于预制柱的顶面,钢梁的腹板和预埋钢板通过连接钢板进行连接,连接钢板同时通过螺栓与腹板和预埋钢板连接;预制柱上方具有现浇部,连接钢板和预埋钢板均埋设于现浇部内。本发明的装配式连接结构,主要应用于混凝土类高层、多层全装配式框架结构,此连接结构可满足全装配建筑简便施工,质量好控制,可以快速装配,缩短施工周期。
