The invention discloses a portable connecting structure for a prefabricated column and a steel beam. The portable connecting structure comprises the prefabricated column; a plurality of fan-shaped encircling sleeves arranged on the periphery of the prefabricated column form an assembly type steel encircling sleeve, concrete pouring is carried out in the assembly type steel encircling sleeve after the prefabricated column and a steel beam are connected through the assembly type steel encircling sleeve, an end plate is installed between every two adjacent fan-shaped encircling sleeves, and the interior of the prefabricated column further comprises an inner supporting steel pipe. The fan-shaped surrounding sleeve comprises an upper flange plate and a lower flange plate which are arranged at the two ends of the fan-shaped surrounding sleeve, the radial length of the upper flange plate and the radial length of the lower flange plate are smaller than 500 mm, and the thickness of the upper flange plate and the thickness of the lower flange plate are larger than or equal to the thickness of flanges of the corresponding steel beams. The joint can be used for connection when beams are different in height, and the fan-shaped steel enclosure effectively moves the plastic hinge to the beams outwards while improving the connection strength, so that the joint is effectively protected, brittle failure of the joint is avoided, and the anti-seismic property can be improved.
