The invention provides a parking lot efficient leaving system and method based on an automobile carrier. The parking lot efficient leaving system comprises a walking track, a controller, the automobile carrier and a wireless communication module. A vehicle detection area is arranged on the walking track, and an infrared sensor is arranged at the vehicle detection area; a first identification camera and a second identification camera are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the vehicle detection area respectively; a barrier gate is arranged at an exit of the parking lot, and a rotating motor is arranged in the barrier gate; a lifting rod is arranged on the outer side of the barrier gate, and a third recognition camera is further arranged on the barrier gate and used for recognizing the license plate number of a passing vehicle; and the vehicle carrier reciprocates along the walking track under the control of the controller and is used for moving the vehicle in the vehicle detection area to the exit of the parking lot. The problems of low vehicle departure efficiency and inaccurate license plate recognition are solved.
