The invention provides a sand wrapping and film laying device and method and a ditching and pipe laying machine. The sand wrapping and film laying device comprises a lever hinged to the rear end of a concealed pipe laying device. The soil-blocking and water-permeable membrane laying device is arranged on the lower side of the lever and is used for laying a layer of soil-blocking and water-permeable membrane above the concealed pipe laid by the concealed pipe laying device and the gravel layer wrapped by the concealed pipe; and the ditch wall soil taking device is arranged at the rear end of the lever, and the ditch wall soil taking device cuts soil on the ditch wall and covers the soil-blocking water-permeable film. The underground pipe sand wrapping layer stabilizing structure can be protected against damage, the drainage performance is improved, and the service life of the pipeline is prolonged; and automatic laying is achieved, and labor is reduced.
本发明提出了一种裹砂铺膜装置和方法以及开沟铺管机，包括铰接在暗管铺设装置的后端的杠杆；设置在所述杠杆的下侧的阻土透水膜铺设装置，所述阻土透水膜铺设装置在所述暗管铺设装置铺设的暗管及暗管包裹砂砾层的上方铺设一层阻土透水膜；以及设置在所述杠杆的后端的沟壁取土装置，所述沟壁取土装置切削沟渠壁上的土壤并覆盖在所述阻土透水膜上。本发明能够保护暗管裹砂层稳定结构不受破坏，提升排水性能，提高管路寿命；并且实现自动铺设装置，减少人工。
