The method comprises the steps that A, a reinforcement cage is woven, and the reinforcement cage comprises a plurality of main reinforcements and coiled reinforcements; b, apron boards are arranged on the peripheries of the two ends of the reinforcement cage; the two end sealing plates are connected with the two apron boards respectively, and a hole is formed in the middle of one end sealing plate and used for pouring out residual slurry generated by centrifugation; c, the reinforcement cage is put into a square pile centrifugal mold, a cover mold is closed after concrete materials are injected, then the mold is put into a centrifugal machine to be subjected to centrifugal forming, centrifugal forming is divided into a low-speed stage, a low-medium-speed stage, a medium-speed stage and a high-speed stage, residual slurry in the square pile is poured out after centrifugation, and a center hole is formed; and D, steam rapid curing is conducted, and finally the square pile is demoulded.
