Method for preparing nodular cast iron grinding balls from iron-rich nickel slag and cooperatively preparing cementing material
The invention discloses a method for preparing nodular cast iron grinding balls from iron-rich nickel slag and cooperatively preparing a cementing material. The method comprises the following steps: adding a reducing agent and a tempering agent into the iron-rich nickel slag, and carrying out reduction smelting to obtain molten iron and molten secondary slag; adding a spheroidizing agent and a nucleating agent into the molten iron, carrying out spheroidizing and nucleating treatment, and casting into balls; carrying out heat treatment on the cast ball to obtain a nodular cast iron grinding ball; and quenching and drying the molten secondary slag, and carrying out ball milling to obtain the active micro-powder cementing material. The iron-rich nickel slag is used as a raw material, iron-rich nickel slag metal extraction for preparing cast iron grinding balls and slag synchronous modification for preparing a cementing material are combined for use, the nickel slag treatment technological process is optimized, the cost is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, the product additional value is high, and the market competitive advantage is achieved; and through a full-component utilization mode, the utilization rate of the nickel slag can be effectively increased, and recycling and harmless utilization of the iron-rich nickel slag is promoted.
本发明公开了一种富铁镍渣制备球墨铸铁磨球协同制备胶凝材料的方法。该方法包括:向富铁镍渣中加入还原剂和调质剂,进行还原熔炼,得到铁水和熔融态二次渣;向铁水中加入球化剂和孕育剂,进行球化和孕育处理并铸造成球;对铸球进行热处理,得到球墨铸铁磨球;将熔融态二次渣进行急冷,干燥,经球磨得到活性微粉胶凝材料。本发明以富铁镍渣为原料,将富铁镍渣金属提取制备铸铁磨球与熔渣同步改性制备胶凝材料联用,优化了镍渣处理的工艺流程,降低了成本,提高了生产效率,且产品附加值高,有市场竞争优势;通过全组分利用的方式,有可效提高镍渣利用率,促进富铁镍渣的资源化、无害化利用。
