Cement-free grouting material for tunnel and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a cement-free grouting material for a tunnel. The cement-free grouting material comprises the following components: 40-50% of fly ash; 18 to 24% of metakaolin; 25-33% of caustic sludge; 1 to 3% of hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose ether HEMC; 1-2% of modified nano silicon dioxide; and 0.8 to 1.5 percent of modified basalt fiber. In addition, the invention further discloses a preparation method of the cement-free grouting material slurry for the tunnel. According to the cement-free grouting material for the tunnel, the water dispersion resistance and the water corrosion resistance are improved at the same time.

The invention discloses a cement-free grouting material for a tunnel.
