The invention discloses a tunnel anchoring grouting material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of open joint grouting materials. The tunnel anchoring grouting material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 410 to 530 parts of cement, 30 to 50 parts of fine aggregate, 10 to 25 parts of coarse aggregate, 100 to 200 parts of quartz sand, 40 to 75 parts of expanding agent, 3 to 5 parts of polycarboxylic acid early strength type water reducing agent, 1 to 3 parts of slow release agent, 2 to 10 parts of reinforcing agent, 2 to 10 parts of filling agent, 2 to 5 parts of modified flowable agent, 1.5 to 3 parts of hybrid fiber, 0.1 to 1 part of dispersing agent and 1 to 5 parts of defoaming agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the tunnel anchoring grouting material which is prepared by uniformly mixing the raw materials according to the steps. The tunnel anchoring grouting material provided by the invention has a relatively good anti-cracking effect, is high in water seepage prevention capacity, is not easy to crack, damage, sink, frost boiling and mud discharging after being quickly condensed, and is relatively long in service life.
