The anti-freezing concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 150-180 parts of water; 340 to 400 parts of a cementing material; 550 to 650 parts of fine aggregate; 1200 to 1400 parts of coarse aggregate; 2-4 parts of a water reducing agent; 0.01 to 0.03 part of an air entraining agent; the air entraining agent is prepared by heating, cooling and concentrating raw materials including an initiator, a catalyst, ethylene oxide, phosphoric acid and o-xylene. The method has the advantage of improving the frost resistance of the concrete.
