High-bonding-strength super-hydrophobic concrete coating and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of material surface modification, and provides a high-bonding-strength super-hydrophobic concrete coating and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that firstly, cement, fine sand and fly ash are mixed to prepare a dry material, and polymer emulsion, water and a water-soluble low-surface-energy material are mixed and fully stirred to prepare a liquid material; then, mixing and uniformly stirring the dry material and the liquid material to form polymer cement mortar; thirdly, polymer cement mortar is poured into a heat preservation layer surface forming frame mold, and a nylon net flatly covers the upper surface of a polymer cement coating and is completely adsorbed to the surface of the coating; and finally, naturally air-drying or curing and air-drying to obtain the super-hydrophobic concrete coating with high bonding strength. The obtained super-hydrophobic polymer concrete coating has the advantages of high bonding strength, excellent water repellency, freezing rain resistance and the like, and the durability of the concrete coating in a river zone and a freezing rain and cold rain zone can be remarkably improved.
本发明属于材料表面改性技术领域,提供一种高黏结强度超疏水混凝土涂层及其制备方法,步骤如下:首先将水泥、细沙、粉煤灰混合制得干料,将聚合物乳液、水、水溶性的低表面能材料混合并充分搅拌制得液料;然后,将干料与液料混合并搅拌均匀,形成聚合物水泥砂浆;接着,将聚合物水泥砂浆浇入保温层表面成型框模具内,将尼龙网平整覆盖在聚合物水泥涂层的上表面并使其完全吸附在涂层表面;最后,自然风干或养护风干后即可获得具有高黏结强度的超疏水混凝土涂层。本发明获得的超疏水聚合物混凝土涂层具有高黏结强度、优异的拒水性能、防冻雨抗结冰等优点,可显著提高在河流地带及冻雨冷雨地带混凝土涂层的耐久性。
