The invention provides a colored super-hydrophobic concrete coating material and a preparation method thereof. Colored iron oxide, PDMS, nano-particles and ethyl acetate are fully stirred according to a certain proportion and then put into an ultrasonic oscillator to be oscillated for 40 minutes, the hydrophobic coating is loaded into a sprinkling can after oscillation is completed, the hydrophobic coating is evenly sprayed to the surface of concrete through the sprinkling can, and the colored super-hydrophobic coating can be formed after the surface of the concrete is naturally air-dried. The prepared super-hydrophobic coating is high in durability, good in self-cleaning performance and corrosion resistance and bright in color. The preparation process is simple, the raw materials are easy to obtain, a protective layer is formed by spraying on the surface of concrete, the service life of the concrete is prolonged, and an important role is played in buildings.
本发明提供了一种彩色超疏水混凝土涂层材料及制备方法。将彩色氧化铁，PDMS，纳米颗粒，乙酸乙酯按一定配比充分搅拌后，再放入超声震荡机震荡40分钟，震荡完成之后将疏水涂层装入喷壶中，通过喷壶将疏水涂层均匀的喷在混凝土表面，待混凝土表面自然风干后便可形成彩色超疏水涂层。该发明所制得的超疏水涂层耐久性高，有着良好的自洁性和抗腐蚀性，并且还有着鲜艳的色彩。本发明制备工艺简单，原料易得，通过喷涂在混凝土表面形成保护层，增加混凝土的使用寿命，在建筑中有着重要的作用。
