The invention discloses a concrete material with crack self-healing capability under dry-wet cycle. The concrete material comprises cement, mineral powder, fly ash, quartz sand, PVA fiber, water and a water reducing agent, wherein the mass ratio of the cement to the mineral powder to the fly ash is 0.15: 0.15: 0.70, and the cement, the mineral powder and the fly ash are used for being mixed to form a gel material; the mass ratio of the quartz sand to the gel material is 0.40: 1, and the mass ratio of the water to the gel material is 0.25: 1; the volume fraction of the PVA fiber is 2.00% of that of the gel material; the weight of the water reducing agent is 0.20% of the total weight of the cement, the mineral powder, the fly ash, the quartz sand and the water. After the material is damaged, under the chlorine salt dry-wet cycle corrosion condition, the crack width is reduced after a period of time, and the number is reduced; after secondary loading, the mechanical property of the prepared material is obviously improved, which shows that the novel concrete material has certain self-healing ability and good durability, and has wide application prospects in a dry-wet cycle environment.
