Super-long slow-release polycarboxylic acid water reducer as well as preparation method and use method thereof
The invention relates to a super-long slow-release polycarboxylic acid water reducer, which is prepared from the following raw materials: polyoxyethylene ether; an unsaturated binary acid; an unsaturated monoacid hydroxyalkyl ester; an unsaturated dibasic acid diol ester; an oxidant; a reducing agent; a chain transfer agent; a molecular weight regulator; and water; the number-average molecular weight of the polyoxyethylene ether is 600 to 2400. The invention also provides a preparation method and a use method of the water reducing agent. The water reducing agent basically has no slump at the initial stage, but the fluidity is continuously increased within 1-6 hours, and the water reducing agent still has relatively high fluidity within 7-8 hours, so that the high requirement on fluidity retentivity in engineering can be met. The slump retaining agent is suitable for constructional engineering such as high-rise buildings, long-span bridges, marine drilling platforms, tunnels, dams or airports with high slump retaining requirements. In addition, the preparation method of the water reducer is simple in process, low in raw material cost and beneficial to large-scale industrial production.
