Automatic calibration system and method for gauging rule
The automatic calibration system comprises a cross arm, a guide column, a guide groove, a rail surface detection roller, a tilt angle sensor and a detection circuit, the cross arm comprises a sliding sleeve section, an adjusting section and a distance measuring device, the rear half portion of the adjusting section is embedded in the sliding sleeve section, the distance measuring device is arranged at the groove bottom of the sliding sleeve section, and a control cavity is formed in the outer side face of the sliding sleeve section; the detection circuit is embedded in the control cavity, two ends of the cross arm are respectively connected with a guide column, the lower end face of each guide column is connected with a guide groove, one to two rail surface detection rollers are arranged in each guide groove, the axes of the rail surface detection rollers are parallel to the bottom of each guide groove, and an inclination angle sensor is arranged on the upper end face of each guide groove. On one hand, the device is simple in structure, good in universality and capable of effectively meeting the requirements of various rail detection operations; and on the other hand, multiple data such as track spacing, inclination and track surface abrasion loss can be synchronously detected, and the detection precision is high, so that the precision and the working efficiency of track detection operation are greatly improved.
本发明一种轨距尺的自动标定校准系统及其方法,包括横担、导向柱、导向槽、轨面检测辊、倾角传感器及检测电路,其中横担包括滑套段、调节段、测距装置,调节段后半部嵌于滑套段内,滑套段槽底设测距装置,滑套段外侧面另设一个控制腔,检测电路嵌于控制腔内,横担两端分别与一条导向柱连接,导向柱下端面与一个导向槽连接,导向槽内设1—2个轨面检测辊,轨面检测辊轴线与导向槽槽底平行分布,导向槽上端面另设一个倾角传感器。本发明一方面设备构成简单,通用性好,可有效的满足多种轨道检测作业的需要;另一方面可实现对轨道间距、倾斜度、轨面磨损量等多个数据进行同步检测,且检测精度高,从而极大的提高了轨道检测作业的精度及工作效率。
