The highway roadbed comprises a lifting mechanism, a swing mechanism and a bottom plate, the lifting mechanism is located at the top of the bottom plate, vertical plates are fixedly connected to the positions, close to the left side and the right side, of the top of the bottom plate, and a top plate is jointly and fixedly connected to the positions, close to the top, between the vertical plates; transverse plates are fixedly connected to the positions, close to the top, of the sides, away from the top plate, of the vertical plates, and through mutual cooperation of a first electric telescopic rod, a cylinder, a movable gear, a connecting rod and other structures, the first electric telescopic rod can drive the movable gear to rotate, and the movable gear drives a limiting gear to rotate through a rotating rod; and the limiting gear drives the movable rod to move up and down, and when the fixed plate moves to the edge of the outer side of the connecting rod, the limiting baffle plate limits the fixed plate and supports the top plate at the same time, so that the condition that the top plate vibrates is prevented.
