Concrete embossed pavement construction device
The invention discloses a concrete embossed pavement construction device which comprises two sets of supporting machine bodies, a mounting cross beam and a movable embossing mechanism, mounting holes are formed in the same positions of the top ends of the supporting machine bodies, the two ends of the mounting cross beam are mounted in the mounting holes correspondingly, and the movable embossing mechanism comprises a base plate and a pair of fixing frames. The peripheral face of the installation cross beam is sleeved with the fixing frames, installation blocks are arranged on the left side and the right side of the installation cross beam, through holes mutually penetrating through the bottom sides of the installation blocks are formed in the top sides of the installation blocks, connecting shafts are vertically installed on the portions, close to the bottom sides of the installation blocks, of the base plate, and the connecting shafts penetrate through the through holes of the installation blocks correspondingly. Limiting nuts are fixedly connected to the upper portions of the mounting blocks, and an embossing roller is mounted at the bottom of the base plate. The concrete embossed pavement construction device is simple and reasonable in structure, novel in design, simple and convenient to operate, capable of effectively improving the pavement embossing efficiency and embossing quality and high in practical value.
