The intelligent fallen leaf cleaning vehicle comprises front wheels, rear wheels, a vehicle body shell and a vehicle body bottom plate, the front wheels are connected with a steering mechanism, a fallen leaf collecting mechanism and a fallen leaf smashing mechanism are arranged in a space defined by the vehicle body shell and the vehicle body bottom plate, and a suction mechanism is arranged between the fallen leaf collecting mechanism and the fallen leaf smashing mechanism. Fallen leaves are pricked through the leaf picking needle, picking of the fallen leaves is achieved, the fallen leaves are picked up and pulled down from the leaf picking needle through the pusher dog disc, the fallen leaves are sucked to the fallen leaf smashing mechanism through wind power generated by the exhaust fan, the fallen leaves are smashed through the fallen leaf smashing mechanism, and the collecting box is taken out of the vehicle body shell after the collecting box collects fallen leaf chippings. Fallen leaf chippings are poured out; the whole fallen leaf cleaning process is stable, reliable, efficient and fast, and manpower is greatly saved.
